1) Faulty Items
If a product is faulty and the fault has occurred within the product’s warranty period, the faulty product can be returned to Best Deals 247 for a replacement. The warranty period is listed within “Specifications” under each product.
- The return request must be made within the product’s warranty period from the date of sale to your customer.
- Your customer’s invoice/receipt must be returned with the product to verify the date of purchase.
- All components relating to the product must be returned
- If a credit is provided, products will be credited at their most recent purchased price.
- The total value of the return will be credited to your account and may be offset against future orders.
The freight charge for the return of a faulty item will be at Best Deals 247’s cost.
2) Return of Unwanted Items
At Best Deals 247, we offer returns on all products that you are unable to use. Our 30 day returns policy ensures you have ample time to return any faulty items.
- The return request must be made within 30 days from the invoice date.
- The returned goods MUST be returned within 30 days of the date on the original invoice that the goods were shipped to you on.
- The products that you are returning must be unused, in new condition and in the original box and packaging. Products returned in any other condition may be rejected.
- Products will be credited at our current listed price at the time of return.
- The total value of the return will be credited to your account and will be offset against future orders.
The freight charged for returned goods will be at your cost.
3) Shipping Errors
If we have sent you the wrong item, the incorrect product can be returned to Best Deals 247 either for a re-supply of the correct item or a full refund.
